About charged particles

Electrical conductivity is built on charged particles, for example, in a lightning strike, negative charges accumulate on the clouds, and positive charges travel to the Earth’s surface…. And Voila!

About the importance of mobility

Movement of charged particles like electrons is very important for conducting electricity! For example, it’s the movement of electrons through a tungsten wire that causes a light bulb to work.

Movement of electrons through a wire helps us recharge our batteries whenever we plug our adapter into the power plug. In addition, it is the movement of electrolytes that connect the circuit during some electrolysis or electric cell reactions.
